High Tensile Bonnell Spring System
1、The wire of 2.4mm high-carbon steel was used for the production. The wire is continuously wound into the coils without the formation of knots or sharp bends which means that the stress points are not there.

2、Springs are heated and cooled at a very high temperature to eliminate the internal stresses. This results in 30% more rebound capacity, no deformation or sagging even after long-term use.
3、Edge reinforcements are made of the 4.0-5.0mm thick steel wire. They provide very good resistance to compression. -
Bonnell Spring Coil
1. Bigger diameter at the two ends and the smallest one in the middle, this shape offers a powerful vertical support upon being compressed. The material did not deform even after 100,000 durability tests.

2. The diameter of the main spring wire ranges from 2.0 to 2.4 mm, and it is subjected to 260°C high-temperature tempering to eliminate the internal stress, resulting in a long-lasting, stable elasticity.
3. Each spring unit is linked with serpentine steel wire, forming an entire support network with precise force distribution.
