1. The Ventilated Spring Mattress by our brand is made of a uniquely engineered 2.1:1 high-compression ratio configuration. The strong 28-centimeter spring is compressed and stuffed into an individual pocket whose height is only 18 centimeters. The design not only gives you instant support but also provides a degree of resilience that is much higher compared to regular springs.
2. The Airflow Spring Mattress is made using a high-grade 240g white knitted fabric that has been through a special anti-pilling treatment process. Even after several years of everyday wear and tear, the surface continues to be smooth and flat with no pilling.

Pre-Compressed Springs: Normally, low-tension springs at the start let occupants sink before providing support. We shorten our 28cm springs by pressing them right down into the 18cm pocket — higher tension, quicker responsiveness, almost no sinking at the beginning — and the 2.1:1 pre-compression factor of a mattress spring gives the mattress a rebound about 30%~40% faster - based on internal tests - than the average spring that is not pre-compressed.
Open-Cell Memory Foam: Regular foam is an excellent heat insulator that traps and holds body heat. By using our G40 open-cell foam, we let the air freely circulate, so the heat is dissipated, and the sleepers remain cool.
Glue-Free Construction: The glue in standard mattresses can release harmful chemicals. We use natural cotton that is glue-free—hence, it is odor-free, noiseless, and ecological.
Anti-Pilling Fabric Standard fabrics have a tendency to pill after many use cycles, whereas 240g knitted fabric is specially treated with anti-pilling to keep the fabric smooth for many years.
Hygiene Protection Nonwoven Fabric Anti-bacterial && is used to protect against allergens and dust mites.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Wire Preparation: High carbon steel is drawn down to 2.0mm diameter.
2. Spring Winding: Complete automation of production - spring coils 28cm long made to go inside a pocket that is compressed to 18cm in the end with a tolerance of ±0.5mm.
3. Spring Assembly: After spring winding, springs are put together in a support structure as a grid.
4. Pocket Sealing: Individual springs being covered with non-woven fabric and then sealed by ultra-sonic welding.
5. Comfort Layer Assembly: Two materials, G40 open-cell memory foam and D1830 foam, are joined to the comfort layer.
6. Natural Cotton Layer: Natural cotton is laid down, it is 100% glue-free.
7. Layer Assembly: The finished top comfort layer is joined together with the spring system and base.
8. Quilting: The covering is a very sturdy 270g/mt2 knitting fabric that is anti-pilling.
9. Quality Inspection: All stages are accompanied by real-time quality inspection.
10. Vacuum Compression & Roll Packing: The mattress is vacuumed, rolled and boxed up.
The whole process is 95%+ automated using more than 20 different kinds of equipment so that defects are less than 0.5%.
