1. We own a factory which produces only core components—Shuoxin Springs—which operates with fully automated production to guarantee 100% consistent performance. 2. Our lumbar support mattress is made with a super thick 2.2mm high-carbon steel wire gauge (way above the industry standard of 1.8–2.0mm), giving the potential for higher retail prices. 3. The mattress, which passed the laboratory test of 30,000 pressure cycles, still retains a very low rate of height loss. Furthermore, when this thick wire is combined with a "golden ratio" 6.5-turn spiral structure, we have in fact, at the source, solved a major industry problem: the sagging of the lumbar area.
