2. Our lumbar support mattress is made with a super thick 2.2mm high-carbon steel wire gauge (way above the industry standard of 1.8–2.0mm), giving the potential for higher retail prices.
3. The mattress, which passed the laboratory test of 30,000 pressure cycles, still retains a very low rate of height loss. Furthermore, when this thick wire is combined with a "golden ratio" 6.5-turn spiral structure, we have in fact, at the source, solved a major industry problem: the sagging of the lumbar area.

The Core Support:
It is a 3-zone system, with 2.2mm diameter wire in the center zone and 2.1mm wire in the end zones. Spring count is between 5.5-6.5. The outcome? It will provide 0.4 cm more support in the spine of your back by a 0.4 mm thick wire.
The Layer:
Foamed latex layer 2cm;
Memory foam layer 1cm;
Cotton layer providing spine support 3cm
All these layers together support and cushion the lower back, making the spine float without getting down completely.

- The spring mechanism covers 15 years.
- The foam layers: from 3 to 5 years.
- It is a standard warranty with cover for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use
Things which the warranty does NOT cover:
- General aging
- Color loss, dirt, or changes due to use
- Not following directions of the use, dropping down, or overloading the item
- Any changes done by outside parties.

- Tell us your problem by providing the batch number, photos or videos explaining the defect, and the purchase date of the product
- Our support team will call or mail to you with their reply within 48 hours
- We will send you the replacement parts free of charge, while the customer will be responsible for the return shipment costs only
