Sleeper’s comfort layer: The 45D–60D very high-density firm foam topper + an 800g/m² extra high-density PK cotton + the 1.2cm eco-friendly palm fiber layer prevents that unpleasant springy feeling and helps hold the mattress shape.
Middle support: The M-shaped support springs in the middle + up to a 8–10cm firm foam encasement provide the main bulk of the springs’ firmness. Besides, they greatly help in preventing the spring coils from collapsing towards the ends.
Total height: 20–26cm. Extra firm touch – the mattress offers firm backing of (8.0–9.0) firmness level of firmness according to the in-house testing system in use that is designed for the needs of such users who require very high-level spinal support.

Innersprings are typically made from 1.7 to 2mm wire. We manufacture ours with 2.0–2.2mm high碳 steel +6 turns providing increased lifespan and resistance to fatigue.

We have 45D–60D dense foam + a high-grade cotton layer of 800g/m² + a layer of palm fiber + a row of M-shaped edge springs along with a 8-10cm foam border - all to stop a mattress from indenting in the middle or collapsing at the edges. This kind of mattress stays in shape, does not sag, does not fall in the middle even after years of regular use, which is very rare for innerspring mattress.

1. Wire preparation: Steel wire with high carbon content is drawn to a thickness of 2.0-2.2mm.
2. Spring winding: Production line to produce springs that are 6 turns, with a tolerance of ±0.5mm.
3. Heat treatment: Stress relief is achieved by high-temperature tempering.
4. Edge reinforcement: Combination of M-shaped support springs and foam encasement was applied
5. Pocket sealing: The springs are individually wrapped in a nonwoven fabric, and then sealed by ultrasonic welding.
6. Layer assembly: Combination of foam, PK cotton, palm fiber, spring system, and base.
7. Quilting: Application of a cover fabric made of heavily knitted fabric (350-500g/m²)
8. Quality inspection: Each step is supervised by real-time monitoring.
9. Vacuum compression & roll packing: Compressed, rolled, boxed.
