1. The hard spring mattress has been designed with lumbar health in mind and thus, it provides the most accurate support to the lower back. This unique experience of sleeping has, in fact, become a huge hit in the wellness market and also with middle-aged and elderly people.
2. The thickness of the steel wire for our individually pocketed springs has been raised to 2.2mm. In fact, without any hesitation, we can say that the mattress will not get sagging even after ten years.
3. The strength and thickness of the perimeter edging have been improved significantly to a large extent. In fact, the purpose of this is, apart from stopping you from falling when you sit on the bed edge, it also increases the mattress's whole useful surface area quite notably.
Product Introduction
The problem with usual mattresses is that they don't give firm support to guests who prefer a sleep surface as hard.
The demand from hotel purchasers and furniture retailers is large, since a big group of guests prefer extra firm support such as back sleepers, heftier individuals, the ones with back pain. Standard medium-firm mattresses feel too soft for them.

Core support: High carbon steel springs (2.0-2.2mm)， which are separately enveloped with fabric, provide maximum isolation of movement.
Comforting layers: Extra firm &Foam high-density+800g/m² high-density PK cotton. – the layers of mattress keep their shape and protect springs against damage.
Edge support; M-shape support springs + extra firm 5-10cm edge casing - prevent the edges from sagging.
The thickness of the whole mattress is about 20-25cm, extra firm mattress - ideal for people sleeping on the back and with back problems needing support.
Since the mattress is vacuum-packed, about 60% of the shipment's volume is reduced, freight costs are saved between 30-40%.

2. Spring winding: A fully automated operation producing pocket springs that are within a tolerance of ±0.5mm
3. Edge reinforcement: M-shaped support springs are added and foam encasement
4. Individual pocket sealing: Each spring is covered with a nonwoven fabric through ultrasonic welding
5. Layering (sandwiching) of comfort layer + springs + base
6. Quilting: A thick knitted fabric is used for covering the mattress
7. Quality check: Real-time monitoring and inspection at each work stage
8. Vacuum compression and roll packaging: The mattress is compressed into a box and roll packaged
