Our Solution – 3 Zone Pocket Spring Mattress featuring a Reinforced Edge System.

Standard foams around the edges are used in regular mattresses. Under pressure, foams break. Our edge system comprises two layers; one is a 5–10cm-high-density-foam encasing of the surrounding and the other is a 2.2mm-thick wire spring of the outer two rows.

Central to the mattress design is a 3-zone system of pocket springs which independently regulate support by weight transfer to spread the force uniformly over the surface resulting in lesser stress point load bearing capacity of individual springs and localized sagging prevention.

We use high-carbon steel springs (2.0–2.2mm) which pass the 100,000+ compression test. As a result, springs retain their shape as well as the mattress.

Edge support is only part of the change. Your mattress will stay good-looking for far more extended periods. You won’t be seeing edge sagging, and nobody will be telling you, "the mattress is giving in." Just rest with peace of mind and get praised with a great rating after being a hotel guest.

While standard mattresses give the entire body the same support, we have devised a 3-zone system that offers different levels of support per zone – gentle on the shoulders and supportive of the lower back and hips. This way, your spine is naturally aligned.

Thicker Wire, Longer Life
Normal springs have a thin wire thickness in the range of 1.7–2.0 mm and, over time, lose their tension. The springs of our mattress are made out of 2.0–2.2 mm of high-carbon-content steel. These have been tested for 100.000+ cycles – providing an equal support level during the duration of the mattress's life.

Multi-Layer Comfort
Latex natural (2–5 cm) provides elasticity and speed of recovery. In addition, a memory foam layer (3–5 cm) allows the mattress to conform to the body and relieve pressure points. A high-resilience foam layer (2–4 cm) provides the transition from comfort to support – a perfect combination of technologies!

Reinforced Edges
The 5–10 cm foam encasement, or 2.2 mm reinforced edge springs, will give a mattress support not just from springs and fillings, which will help the sleeping surface last longer.

Motion Isolation
With independent pocket springs, the reduction rate of transfer of body movement is >60% compared to Bonnell coils and other non-encapsulated springs. It is perfect for the restless partner!

2. Spring winding: Entirely automated – pocket springs, with a tolerance of ±0.5mm

3. Zone assembly: 3-zone system – springs sorted by their tension per zone

4. Edge reinforcement: 5–10cm foam encasement or 2.2mm edge springs as alternative

5. Pocket sealing: Each spring individually wrapped in nonwoven fabric and sealed via ultrasonic welding

6. Layer assembly: Latex + memory foam + HR foam + spring system + base joined at the end

7. Quilting: High-quality knitted fabric as cover

8. Quality inspection: Monitoring in real-time done at each processing step

9. Vacuum compression & roll packing: Volume is reduced by 70% via compression, then the mattress is rolled up and packed into a box

Automated system level is more than 95%. A variety of equipment numbering over 20 pieces is used. <0.5% defect ‍‌‍‍‌rate.

- Not following directions of the use, dropping down, or overloading the item

- Any changes done by outside parties.

- Our support team will call or mail to you with their reply within 48 hours

- We will send you the replacement parts free of charge, while the customer will be responsible for the return shipment costs only
