1、Each spring is individually wrapped with a nonwoven fabric pouch, allowing each spring to move freely and therefore the vibration transfer is effectively reduced. 2、These springs made of high-grade carbon-manganese steel wire last 2-3 times longer than regular steel springs and they are not easily deformed. 3、By employing high-precision automatic winding machines, the height and number of coils of the springs can be controlled within a tolerance of ±2mm to ensure consistent dimensions.
