Using single-zone mattress springs or poorly constructed multiple zone mattresses can lead to spinal misalignment. One usually ends with friends who are very unhappy with the mattress and are sharing that with you, family members are not happy about the mattress, and customers are complaining about waking up with a pain in their back and/or neck, or discomfort in the shoulders and hips. If that case continues without resolving it, it becomes damaging for the company in terms of negative reviews, increase in return requests, and customers who don't want to come back.
There are countless suppliers who advertise “zoned” mattresses. However, only a few are willing to show the real pressure diagram alongside the proof of customization.

Our mattress features separate pocket springs in 7 different zones, with wire gauges varying from 1.2mm (softer for shoulders) to 1.8mm (firm for lumbar and hips). This setup makes for the perfect distribution of support: shoulders give way slightly, the spine is supported, lumbar area is lifted, and the hips are firmly supported – thus achieving natural spine support both for side and back sleepers.
Motion isolation can be measured by the number of springs per m² 500–600 that means our mattress significantly isolates motion (the comparison with Bonnel springs, which was our internal test, showed about 60% isolation, the actual report we have is available for you on request). You can choose custom options such as spring height 12–24cm, comfort layer made from latex, memory foam, wool, together with the fabric finishing.
