Manufacturers‍‌‍‍‌ of adjustable beds, sofa beds, RVs, boats, etc. have to live with very small amounts of space so a mattress should not even come close to the 25-30cm thickness of a regular mattress. For their products, a mattress can not be thicker than 15cm.

There's just one thing: majority of thinly-profiled mattresses sold these days are simply not worth the money. You get like a small piece of foam and a few tiny springs, and the seller will say it's space-saving but when it's time to sleep on it, you get pressure points, the mattress gets flat quickly, and you feel almost nothing from the support.

So what happens? Complainers about back pain increase a hundred percent in the end-user, return rates go up dramatically and new deals are harder and harder to find.

We have designed our solution which will get you rid of this trade-off.

If you take a look at our low-profile mini-pocket spring system, you'll see that we manage to pack full-size comforts even with the very limited profile. Wire diameters are from 1.5 to 2.1mm, and the spring heights can be adjusted between 80 and 300mm. With these numbers, spring density can go up to 600–1,000 per square meter which, for standard床垫, it is only a third or so.

At that very low profile, the very dense set of springs is enough to even prevent you from complaining about being pushed down to the bed in spite of such a very light build, the pressure is distributed really well and you are able to move around very freely.
