1. Most standard spring mattresses come with a Bonnell spring at its center. This type of spring is made of coils connected by spiral steel wires that form a network which mainly supports the even spreading of weight and also offers a high load capacity.
2. Apart from the mattress edges being strengthened by a steel wire frame to make them thicker, the frame also serves as a mattress anti-sagging device and, at the same time, increases the usable sleeping area.
3. Because it is a well-designed and reliable product, this mattress is very affordable. So, it is an ideal product for buying a large quantity and new projects.
Product Introduction
Buying mattress for hotels, managing dorms, or developing projects, the main challenge is looking for quality mattresses that won't break the budget. Of course premium mattresses with individual springs will last forever, but they are simply too expensive to consider.
On the other hand, low budget foam mattress will not keep its shape and will give in only after 1–2 years of use and in the end, it's not cost effective if you have to replace them frequently.
Our solution: Open coil spring (Bonnell) mattress.
Ours open coil mattress has an hourglass-shaped Bonnell spring design - spring ends are wider, and middle part is narrower, and they are joined together by spiral steel wires. The edge frame will make the sleep surface more durable and also prevent the mattress from sagging.
The major springs are 1.8 to 2.2mm wire thickness and 1.5 to 1.8mm connecting wire thickness, the design has capacity of 120 to 150kg load per person. The springs are heat tempered so that internal stress is removed; elasticity as well as life span of the mattress are enhanced.
Overall thickness: 20 to 25cm. A variety of covers and layer of comfort available.
