1、The Endless Spring Mattress is made of a single continuous piece of high-carbon steel wire that forms a network of springs. The springs are connected without any breakage or weld points, giving the mattress an exceptionally strong and beautiful seamless structure.
2、Springs go through a heating and cooling process, which is done in such a way that the internal stresses are eliminated. Consequently, they stay elastic and stable for a very long time, barely getting their shape changed even after being used for a long period of time.
3、The chief components are knitted fabric, sound-absorbing cotton, high-density foam, and antibacterial materials to make the mattress more comfortable.

Our Technology - Continuous Coil Mattress
We use one continuous steel wire in spiralled form instead of several springs joined together by welding. There are no connection points. No welds. Absolutely nothing to tear apart.
A single wire and one system. The support will be equal throughout the bedding - thus, you will not be able to find anymore lumpy and soft patches as was the case with the old spring systems. 3. Spring connection: A whole grid is made of one wire – there are no welds or joins
4. Heat treatment: High-temperature tempering – the internal force has been removed
5. Comfort layer application: Cotton for absorbing sound + foam with high density (28–32D) + antibacterial non-woven cloth (25g/m²)
6. Cover assembly:Knitted fabric + medium firmness coating
