1. The strong spring mattress can carry about 50% more weight than the typical ones, thanks to the use of heavy-duty spring wire (thickness increased up to 3.0mm).
2. Together with heat-treated springs, a heavy-duty edge frame has been used to provide such a strong reinforcement to the mattress structure that it is hard to find a sagging one after a long time. So it is indeed a great idea to maintain the shape of the mattress without sagging for a long time.
3. A good balance between firmness and softness of the mattress is achieved by using both high-density foam and breathable antibacterial layers.

Hotel purchasers can’t be the only ones with the problem. In the healthcare sector, for example or dormitory management, the main reason is that a considerable share of the clients is outside the range of weights that the mattress is designed for.
Almost all standard beds, which are rated for a weight between 80–100kg a person, can be ruined by someone heavier who comes on them either from a standing position or when they are sleeping. The springs of the bed, the springs in particular, will gradually lose contact and in about a year (or maybe a year and a half), the edges will collapse. It becomes a guest complaining about back pain and not being well-served.
Outcome: the bed has to be replaced every other year at most, it costs more money, it requires more work by personnel, and the guests are unhappy.
Our Solution – Heavy Duty Innerspring Mattress.
Heavy-duty model is specially developed by us for a heavier weight bearing capacity. Wire thickness is 2.8–3.2mm (standard Bonnell 1.8–2.2mm). Heat-treated springs + heavy-duty edge frame prevent sagging. Load capacity: 200kg per person – approx. 50% more than standard mattresses.
Benefit: no signs of wear after use. It will be durable over the years, it can be used for bariatric patients, in busy hotels or where high levels of usage are expected.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Material preparation: Manganese high carbon steel wire rod is used in this material preparation, which is drawn and straightened.
2. Spring winding: Heavy-duty spring coils are created by winding the spring wire into a coil, in this stage the Bonnell springs are made. The springs have approx. 5-7 coils and there is a very tight tolerance level of ±0.5mm.
3. Spring connection: Spiral steel wires + heavy-duty edge frame
4. Heat treatment: Tempering at high temperatures is conducted in order to eliminate internal stress.
5. Comfort layer application: High-density foam (35–40D) + antibacterial nonwoven (25g/m²)
6. Cover assembly: Knitted fabric + firm top finish
7. Quality inspection: The height tolerance is set at ±0.5 mm and the wire diameter is checked by the staff during the real-time monitoring.
