1、One of the main features of the pocket coil is the small diameter of the wire and close spacing. By installation 400-600 springs per square meter, this method achieves a very dense distribution of support points.
2、A wire diameter of 0.9mm-1.6mm is chosen in order to make the spring softer and more responsive. Such a spring is able to follow body shape and therefore is suitable for comfort layer of a mattress.
3、In most cases, they are working together with the main support springs to form a double-layered composite structure.
Product Introduction:
For mattress manufacturers and distributors, a significant challenge is achieving soft comfort yet durable support in the comfort layer. Regular foam or fiber comfort layers can quickly lose their shape, tend to retain heat, and can't deliver the kind of targeted pressure relief that the human body requires—which can result in angry customers complaining and returning the product.
What we suggest is a mini pocketed coil unit system. There are 400–600 coils per m², and the super fine wire has a thickness of merely 0.9mm–1.6mm. It is through the combination of these miniature springs and the ultra-high density they provide that one is able to get an exact and body-like contouring of the body curve. Every single spring is individually wrapped in a very high strength nonwoven fabric of 50–50gsm and ultrasonically or adhesive-bonded to form a stable grid. When it is used as a comfort layer on top of the support springs a double layer design, motion transfer can be significantly minimized, the ventilation improved and the lifespan of the mattress extended—all resulting in a superior comfort system that you would get less of product returns from and much higher satisfaction in customer level.

Manufacturing Process:
Our main focus is on mattress spring research and development as well as manufacturing.
We have fully automatic spring winding machines and integrated spring producing lines.
The mini springs are produced by means of high-precision winding machines, with size errors being kept within ±0.5mm.
The fabric pockets are closed either by heat adhesive bonding or by ultrasonic welding; ultrasonic welding is a more environmentally friendly, odorless, and stronger method.
Our production line is equipped with real-time monitoring and quality control to provide consistent spring dimensions and uniform rebound.

Exhibitions:
In 2024, two of our major efforts will be participating in the Seoul International Building Materials Expo in South Korea and the Almaty Construction Expo in Kazakhstan.
We will show mini spring samples at the Seoul Expo and discuss the use of dual-layer composite structures with local mattress companies. Our focus at the Almaty Expo will be on how min-spriugs can be used in sofa cushions and, therefore, we will meet engineering clients.
During 2024-2025, our company will participate in two construction expos, the first one will be held in Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar and the second one in Uzbekistan, Tashkent. At the first construction expo, we are going to launch mini spring and main support spring combinations to hotel buyers. At the second expo, we will go over the customization scope and delivery schedule of mini springs with importers.
