1、Before packaging, the springs are compressed to about two-thirds of their initial length, effectively increasing the initial tension as well as providing a good resilient comfort that is steady over time.
2、The ultrasonic side-sealing technique does not fully compress springs, thereby ensuring their individual movement without interference.
3、High-density distribution makes it possible to transfer the load uniformly to a number of spring units. This way, they become perfect for the sofa cushions that are used most of the time.
Product Introduction:
The majority sofa manufacturers hear two complaints: firstly, the cushions go limp forever, secondly — they refer to it as a "hammock effect", the seat in the middle depresses, the edges bounce up. Traditional systems based only on foam or sinuous springs are not capable of supporting different sitting positions independently.
Our way is to make a sofa pocket spring system.
One spring unit is individually sheathed with nonwoven fabric. Then it is bonded through a seam by ultrasonic. That is to say, the contact of the springs is avoided so they cannot affect each other. Furthermore, prior to putting the product together, we will give each spring a little compression by 1/3 from its first size. This action will develop the spring's tension. Therefore, through tens of thousands compressions over time, the spring will still be in a position where a little pressure makes it respond to the user by its own elastic force. We have an approximate rate of 400-500 springs per square meter, hence if you place a weight or person of weight on the chair the weight of it will be transferred and shared among a number of units which prevents the spring from local sagging. It is possible to cover the base layer with foam or latex. In this case, the frame will support the body of the person and the distribution is soft and progressive. No sensation of "pummeling" the seat.
The product's life span of the cushion would be increased. Customer's complaint and replacement rate will also decrease. Besides that, an enhanced experience will be obtained when the customer is sitting on the seat.

Thanks to the new design where the springs can independently move and the mattress is fixed at three points through glue application, this type of mattress is considered as the best one of the family.

Hongjia Bin, established in 2002, has spent over 2 decades researching, developing, and manufacturing springs. The workforce of the company consists of 168 employees, and the production area covers about 58,000 square meters with the company operating over 20 kinds of special-purpose machines and being able to automate 95% of the production process. OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
We start with high-carbon steel wire. Grades are 70#, 72B, 82B. We draw wire to target diameter. Then we temper it. This removes internal stress.
For spring winding, we use fully automated machines. They hold spring height and diameter within ±0.5mm. Machine programming controls coil count.
Before packaging, we pre-compress each spring. It goes to about 2/3 of free height. This gives initial tension. Resilience stays consistent over time.
For pocket sealing, we use ultrasonic welding or high-frequency side-sealing. Both make strong seams. No top seal is there. Each spring can move by itself. Seating comfort is preserved.
Assembly and bonding: springs are arranged automatically. Target density is 400 to 500 springs per square meter. Then we bond them with three-point heat adhesive spray.
Our QC has online monitoring systems. A dedicated QC team is there too. They check spring height, wire diameter, and fabric seal strength. Quality is consistent. Rebound is uniform.
