Product Introduction:
One of the biggest issues faced by mattress makers and hotel procurement managers is the variation in height and firmness of springs from different batches. A difference of even ±3mm in spring dimensions can result in a mattress that feels entirely different from the one in the sample, resulting in canceled orders, guest complaints, and wasted production hours. Moreover, without sufficient data on durability, it is a bit difficult to give long-term warranties or be part of hotel chain tenders.
Our Zoned Independent Pocketed Coil ensures a height range variation of ±2mm for each batch through production control using automated optical systems. The spring uses wire diameters 1.6–2.4mm to form three, five, or seven separate comfort levels. Heat-treated spring gets the durability for 100,000 compression cycles at least and the spring will not even have the slightest deformation. In nonwoven materials, the spring is wrapped or encapsulated by the ultrasonic machine so that one can enjoy excellent motion isolation. Packer or roll pack can be done on flat compress pallets to save your shipping space. 15 years guarantee. You can also have an ISO 9001, SGS, and OEKO-TEX certification.

After the springs have been heated, they do not change shape, which gives good bounce. Nonwoven fabric pockets which are ultrasonically weld-sealed and fixed reduce the possibility of pocket damage during the time.

Manufacturing Process:
Step 1: Dual-Wire Feeding & Coiling
Our coiling machines are equipped with a double-wire feeding system and can produce 140–220 springs per minute. Two different wire thicknesses (for instance, 1.6mm wire for the shoulder area and 2.2mm wire for the hip area) are delivered together, enabling zoned support in a single spring unit. The spring height has an allowable variation of ±2 mm.
Step 2: Heat Treatment
Springs are heat-treated by running them through an in-line furnace so that the internal stress is completely relieved. This treatment makes it possible for a spring to withstand up to 100,000 compression cycles without any visible deformation (SGS Test Report No. GZIM2512005025PL01 EN).
Step 3: Ultrasonic Pocketing
Ultrasonic pocketing is one of the steps taken for individual springs by wrapping each one in a 50- 90 g/m² PP nonwoven fabric and sealing it by ultrasonic welding—no glue, no aging issues. Fabric width is adjustable from 300 to 720 mm.
Step 4: Grid Assembly & Bonding
We arrange springs in either straight or staggered patterns and then bond them together with hot-melt adhesive (applied intermittently to reduce material costs while maintaining structural integrity).
Step 5: Real-Time Quality Control
The quality of each batch is assessed based on the following points:
Spring height: allowed deviation ±2mm
Wire diameter: allowed deviation ±0.05mm
Sealing strength: the welding point is inspected automatically
Any defective units are automatically removed from the production line. OEM customizations (design of zones, wire diameter, height, number of coils, weight of fabric, packaging) are welcome.

Packaging Methods
Option 1 – Flat-compressed pallet:
Each spring sheet compressed to 15–20cm height, stacked on export pallet. 40'HQ loading: approx. 1,000–1,200 units.
Option 2 – Roll pack (space-saving for sea freight):
Rolled with protective wrapping. Volume reduced by up to 60% vs uncompressed. 40'HQ loading: up to 2,000 units.
Both methods: anti-rust treatment + corner protection + fumigation-free wooden pallets (ISPM15 compliant).
International Exhibitions:
We have plans to attend the Seoul International Building Materials Expo in South Korea and the Almaty Construction Expo in Kazakhstan in 2024. Our very own zoned pocket coil springs will be showcased at the Seoul Expo where we will also be discussing our customization capabilities and having technical discussions with local mattress manufacturers. In the Almaty Expo, our main focus will be on our bulk supply capabilities and the highlight will be getting in touch with Central Asian project clients. Participation in these two exhibitions will enable us to extend our presence in East Asia and Central Asia markets and also make some valuable connections.
